Enclosed is the ticket i booked through ease my trip scheduled on 11 Nov early morning.. Upon checking with airlines i discovered my name printed on the airline iterinary was incorrect since ease my trip made an error in booking the ticket..
I reported this to ease my trip 3 days back.. Customer service was not able to resolve the name issue and only today they informed to that they will book a new ticket for me..
I had been following up everyday and patiently waiting for the customer to resolve the issue for all this time.. Finally the excutive handling the case said she would resolve the case today as i have a flight to catch tomorrow.. As of now i have not received the ticket and no one from dubai office answers the phone..
Customer service agent on the chat was also not able to help..
I have no means to contact you and i not able to get my update or ticket..
This is extremely disappointing nad unprofessional the way customer service is conducting themselves in.. They do not understand the gravity of the situation and left me clueless even till the 11th hour..
I need your URGENT and prompt attention to reslove this issue.. This is extremely pathetic experience i had with ease my trip with irresponsible executive's who do not care for passengers and does things at their convenience..
There is no responsible Manager/supervisor/ incharge to intervene and resolve the issue.. This is the last time i am using ease my trip and will also encourage my connections to avoid ease my trip..

I bought a ticket for a domestic flight in India on easemytrip. The airline moved the flight 3 hours earlier.
I decided to return the ticket because the new departure time did not suit me at all. And this is where the problem begins. I requested a refund of the tickets in my app account. The refund was made directly to the wallet in the application.
I talked to them on chat and on the phone and asked them to refund me to the credit card used to pay for the tickets. To which they claim that you can transfer the amount from your wallet to your account. Yes, of course, but only to a bank account in India. To have such an account, you must be a resident of India.
I'm not him. I don't recommend it, pay a little more but buy a ticket directly from the airline or a reliable OTA.

Verified ReviewerDESPICABLE - they are fraudsters still able to operate. What's going on?!
They're scammers. Reading the reviews online, which are a perfect replica of my own experiences with them, I'm left questioning how the *** they are allowed to operate.
They take money for flights, then either don't give you the flight, issue a fraudulent ticket, or ask you to pay even more money to get the flight you paid for in the first instance. In my own experience, the flight never existed. I tried to reach them via 6 different numbers (ALL of which were illegitimate), a Whatsapp, chat function on the website and email, none of which worked. Finally, I got my money back from PayPal.
So many others have not been as fortunate.
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of reviews from people who have been scammed by them. When will they be shut down for good?

I booked through Easemytrip agent of 5th july and had two layovers at london and dublin. I asked couple of times with agent that if we require any kind of transit visa and my agent deepak said we don't need any visa.
When we reached delhi airport, BA staff didn't allow us to board the flight because we don't have Dublin transit visa. I have contacted several.times with my agent deepak they are just taking their step back saying contact british airways.
I have uploaded a screenshot which shows the agent deepak giving details of the flight while booking which says nothing about the ireland terminal change. I have spend a lott of money in booking another flight on the spot.

I booked flight tickets from jaipur to doha for the first time with easemytrip.
I mailed them continuously for a month to get my ticket rescheduled and asked for any date from October 2023 to March 2024 but their only answer was that tickets are not available. In the last they called five days before my booking that the ticket is in October but for that I will have to pay more than the rate of the new ticket.
Means the money for the previously booked ticket was also gone and if I get a new ticket done forgetting it, it will cost me more.
This is the limit, you clearly refuse that we will not reschedule, what are these excuses for? I am going to consumer court against them, if something like this has happened to you too then contact me and take legal action against them.

Poor customer service
I enquired about a holiday package for 2 adults . And after 2 days I got reply for the package and the price which was quoted to me was within my budget.
We agreed upon the package and itinerary was also planned .
They asked advance I paid advance as well . But after 2 days the reply comes that there was miscommunication and now for this package you need to pay 25,000 extra.
I was like there is something wrong now . And I enquired a lot about that but there was only 1 response that this is the package .
Then I asked for the refund and i am still waiting for my refund since last 30-35 days. Everyday Im making ISD calls and the service staff who was inharge and her manager not answering my calls .
Tried customer care and theyre saying that without customer ID they cannot help and I didnt receive any customer id .
